Description:

The Pantone Color iOS app is an essential tool for designers and color experts. With Pantone Connect, the color inspiration to design process is streamlined, allowing you to easily measure and match physical materials to Pantone Color, share your inspirational color palettes on social media, and navigate the updated Pantone Color System while on the go.

When used with the Color Match Card from Pantone, the app calibrates your iOS device's camera for precise color measurement. Captured colors are quickly matched to their nearest Pantone Color, surpassing the accuracy of color extraction from a photo. Before ordering a Color Match Card, please ensure that your iOS device is compatible. While most device models are compatible, we are continuously adding more iOS devices to our list.

This app is part of the new Pantone Connect digital color platform for mobile, web, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Extension). This means that any colors you discover while on the go can easily be applied to your design files when you're back in your studio.

The following features will always remain free for everyone on mobile and web:

 <li>Pantone system cross referencing (X-Ref)</li>
 <li>Trending color palettes from Pantone</li>
</ul>

Premium features for mobile and tablet are currently available for free and include:

<ul>
 <li>CMYK and L*a*b* values for all colors</li>
 <li>Conversion to Pantone from sRGB, Hex, L*a*b*, and CMYK values</li>
 <li>Saving more than 1 palette and team palette collaboration</li>
 <li>Nuance color to nearby hues</li>
 <li>Color harmonies</li>
</ul>

Currently, Pantone Connect is entirely free to use, including all Premium features, as we actively develop and enhance this platform. Free accounts can be created within the app, while Premium accounts can be activated on the Pantone website.

Please note that Pantone Connect accounts are not compatible with the Pantone Studio for iOS app or vice versa. Users who pay for Pantone Studio access will not have access to Pantone Connect.
